Cash: Gifts of cash are the most common form of contribution to Ohio Northern University. You may make your contribution online by visiting www.onugive.com or by sending a check (made payable to Ohio Northern University) via mail to the address below.

Pledges: Pledges provide you an opportunity to make a larger gift than you otherwise thought possible by committing your gift over a period of three to five years. You may set up your pledge online at www.onugive.com or call the Office of University Advancement at 1-866-ONU-GIVE (1-866-668-4483).

Scholarship Endowments: Creating a scholarship is a great way to leave a legacy at Ohio Northern. Not only will it provide financial assistance for students for years to come, but it is a great way to share your passion for a particular area of study. If you are interested in establishing an endowed scholarship, please call the Office of University Advancement at 1-866-ONU-GIVE (1-866-668-4483).

Securities: The transfer of a gift of securities to Ohio Northern University can be accomplished several different ways.

Real Estate: Some alumni and friends are in a position to consider donating real estate to Ohio Northern University. If you have a highly marketable property that you would like to donate it to the University, there are several ways of completing this gift.

Planned Gifts: Long-term planning, like a bequest, charitable remainder trust, gift annuity and charitable lead trust, may be your best option for making a difference at ONU. Gift planning is the process of carefully selecting the best methods and assets for making a gift, such as cash, stocks, bonds, real estate, life insurance, trusts and bequests.

Matching Gifts: You could double or even triple the impact of your gift to Ohio Northern if you or your spouse is employed by a company that matches the charitable contributions of its employees.

Gifts in Honor/Gifts in Memory: An honor or memory gift is a meaningful way to honor someone special in your life while supporting the mission of Ohio Northern University its students.
