Healthwise Pilates Instructor: Laurie Bell Wednesdays 12-1 p.m. This class will focus on your flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. There will be an emphasis on spinal and pelvic girdle alignment, focused and controlled breathing, development of a stronger core and improved balance. Exercises will be conducted standing, seated, or from the floor.
