Dr. Debra Gallagher and Dr. Sandra Crosser of the ONU Department of Education presented a session titled “Making the Strange Familiar: Educational Equity and Access in South Africa” in New Orleans at the annual conference of the Association for Childhood Education International.The presentation resulted from their work in South Africa during the summer of 2010 under a Fulbright-Hays Group Area Study grant.
Jonathan Pitts, associate professor of English and current Fulbright Senior Lecturer in American Studies in Turkey, was recently the featured speaker at Baskent University in Ankara, Turkey.
