  • 2006 M.A. in English Language and Literature, University of New Mexico.
  • 2001 B.A. in English, University of California, Los Angeles.
Teaching Interests: 

Academic and Research Writing, Writing Across the Curriculum, Community and Public Writing Projects, Digital and Multimedia Composition, Rhetorical Theory and Cultural Rhetorics.

Research Interests: 

First-Year Writing Pedagogy, Writing Program Assessment, Cultural Rhetorics, Community and Civic Literacy, Rhetorics of Space and Place, Trauma and Life Writing, American Ethnic Rhetoric and Literature, 20th and 21st Century Latin American Literature.
