WHAT WE OFFER:
The International Studies major prepares students for careers with international organizations or in business. It seeks to educate students in cultural similarities and differences across cultures, as well as exploring the political systems of other nations to provide students with a global perspective.
ONU offers a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
All International Studies faculty have PhDs in Political Science, Geography, or History.
Faculty research and teaching interests include Africa-U.S. Relations Robust Peacekeeping International Relations, and Comparative Politics.
History Politics and Justice also offers a minor in Asian Studies and a wide variety of study abroad opportunities, including programs in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
ONU students also have access to summer programs such as the Hanyang University Summer Program that offers a generous stipend to attend classes in Korea, with side trips to China.
