Total Body Conditioning Class Instructor: Jessica Viertlboeck • Tuesday 12:00-1:00p.m. • Thursday 12:00-1:00 p.m. Classes will mix in a variety of different exercise techniques which will improve your strength, balance, agility and cardiovascular conditioning. Example workouts can include circuits (station work), physioballs, exercise tubing, steps, body weight training, free weights, and agility & balance drills. Classes are open to all fitness levels.
