Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series opens

Ohio Northern University’s James F. Dicke College of Business Administration opens its 2010-11 Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series with a discussion of the young professional’s journey in the business world. The presentation will take place in the Freed Center for the Performing Arts on Thursday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m.

The presentation will feature a panel of young alumni as well as a business recruiter who will discuss successes and failures in the job-search process. The discussion will feature Ohio Northern alumni Eric Harmon and Bill Nickley as well as Bowling Green State University graduate Anna Wolf.

Harmon, a native of Blacklick, Ohio, graduated in 2009 with a degree in finance. He works as a commercial lines underwriter for Motorist Insurance Group in Columbus, Ohio.

Nickley, a native of Dayton, Ohio, graduated in 2008 with a degree in international business and economics. He works as an organization development coordinator for Honda R&D Americas in Raymond, Ohio.

Wolf, who graduated from BGSU in 2008 with a degree in marketing, works as a human resource sales recruiter at Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series at ONU’s College of Business Administration brings to campus successful entrepreneurs and officers of major corporations to discuss current business issues.

The lecture is free and open to the public.
