ONU College of Law Continues Dean's Lecture Series
Jeffrey S. Lubbers is speaking on "The Transformation of the U.S. Rulemaking Process: For Better or Worse," at the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law as part of the Dean's Lecture Series on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 11:30 a.m. in the Moot Court Room (129).
A Fellow in law and government at the American University Washington College of Law, Lubbers has published numerous articles on the administrative process and has participated in training programs for government officials in the U.S. and overseas.
He holds expertise in administrative law; government structure and procedures; regulatory policy and procedures. From 1982-1995, Lubbers was the research director of the Administrative Conference of the United States. He has published two books: A Guide to Federal Agency Rulemaking (4th ed., ABA Press, 2006) and Federal Administrative Procedure Sourcebook (ABA Press, 2000). He is also the editor of the ABA's Developments in Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice (7 vols., 1998-2005).
