Dr. Woods presents at Academic Business and Research Institute (AABRI) conference
Dr. Dexter Woods presented a paper entitled "Curriculum VITA: Tax Class and the IRS Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program" at the Academic Business and Research Institute (AABRI) conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 6. The paper abstract stated: "This paper discusses specific methods and benefits of interconnecting tax class with the IRS Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program. In so doing, the paper demonstrates pedagogical applications in active, experiential, and service learning that can enhance all business courses."
Dr. Woods also served as session chair for a session entitled Instructional Pedagogies.
