There are a variety of housing options for Ohio Northern University students. The options are divided based on your academic status. First-year students are placed in a housing assignment by the Office of Residence Life.

First-year students are placed in a housing assignment by the Office of Residence Life. Returning students choose their housing online during spring quarter prior to the upcoming year. You may request a roommate when you complete the required housing forms online.

Housing rates are posted with each residence hall's profile. Please click on the links above to find out specific housing rates. Meal plan costs can be located at the Dining Services page-- meal plan costs are separate from housing charges.
ALL full-time (12 quarter hours+) University students, except married students and students living with parents, grandparents, or siblings are required to live in University housing which includes all residence halls, apartments, fraternity and sorority houses. In order to be considered for living in non-university housing, students must complete our off-campus housing form. Click on Forms and Documents, complete the form, and submit it to our office.
