Apartments for Law Students and Married Students
*Law students, married students, and other nontraditional students have different needs than traditional 20-to-22 year olds residing in on-campus apartments. In response to those needs, two apartment buildings have been set aside primarily for their residence: Courtyard Apartments and Polar Place.
Courtyard Apartments are on Main Street, across from campus. Polar Place is located centrally to campus near the other Southside Apartments (Klondike's Den & Northern Commons).
If you are a law student or married student and interested in living in an on-campus apartment, please contact the Office of Residence Life at reslife@onu.edu or at 419-772-2430. If you are a law student, you may also visit the Law Housing page.
