New Student Housing

New students are placed into housing by the Office of Residence Life based on the housing application that they complete after summer orientation. First year students often live in double occupancy rooms in traditional residence halls. For more information, please browse the new student housing options below.

5 University Place (5UP)

5 University Parkway is commonly referred to as "5UP." 5UP is our all-female residence hall. This building is located near the sports center and Founders complex. Click to see floor plans for the second and third floor. (The first floor is communal space such as the lounge, kitchen, and desk.)

Northern House

Northern House is our all male residence hall. This facility is located near the athletic fields and King-Horn Sports Center. Click to see floor plans for the first and second floors.

Founders Complex (Founders, Park and Maglott)

Founders Complex is comprised of three residence halls: Founders, Park, and Maglott. These halls were renovated in 2009 to connect the three buildings, update some room features, and to install geothermal heating and cooling.
