Mentorship Program
The James F. Dicke College of Business Administration offers three mentorship opportunities to students.
Student Mentor - All incoming students are paired with a junior or senior mentor who can introduce students to the academic and social culture at ONU, provide advice on courses to take and encourage new students to get involved.
Business Professional, External Mentor - As students progress through their business education, they may be paired with a business professional who serves as an external mentor.
Faculty Mentor - Students are assigned a faculty advisor who advises them both academically and professionally.
Experiential Learning
A full-time professional, resident in and available only to the students of The James F. Dicke College of Business Administration leads our experiential-learning and career initiatives. The Office of Experiential Learning (OEL) offers students the resources they need to transition their classroom knowledge into a professional outlet.
