Schedule an Overnight Visit

Please submit your visit request at least two weeks in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure an enjoyable and comprehensive visit.

Important notes about your visit

Your admission file must be complete before submitting this form.
You will receive an email confirmation after submitting this form.
Your visit will typically begin at 5 p.m. and end at noon the following day, depending on the number of appointments.
Overnight visits are not scheduled on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.
Plan to bring your own pillow and blankets or sleeping bag.
