*There is no charge to see the physician, certified nurse practitioner (CNP), or nurses for injuries or illnesses. Some over the counter, minor injury supplies, and other services are provided at no cost. If warranted, breathing nebulizers are provided as prescribed by physician or CNP.

**While the Health Center staff tries to accommodate walk-in students, students with appointments will be evaluated first. It is recommended to call in advance for an appointment at 419-772-2086 to see the physician. Most laboratory tests such as throat cultures, urine cultures, complete blood counts, and lab mononucleosis screenings are sent to a reference laboratory and a fee is charged by that laboratory (Medlab in Lima, Ohio or Quest Labs in Cincinnati). Prescriptions are filled by a local pharmacy and billed to student insurance. Referrals are made as needed at students cost. ALL FEES are the responsibility of the patient.

Vision: For each student to sustain optimal physical and emotional health for a successful college career.

Mission: To assist students in enhancing their physical, mental and emotional capabilities. The Health Center staff educates and encourages students to make informed decisions about health care concerns and empowers students to be self-directed and well-informed citizens on personal health care. Emphasis is placed on prevention, promotion, and maintenance of good health.
