Dissertation: "Jury Selection and the Right to a Fair Trial: The Genesis,
Implementation and Impact of the California Jury Selection Acts"
The objective of this dissertation was to study the origins and
effects of the California Jury Selection Acts on jury selection and
jury behavior. The hypothesis were: 1) the use of multiple source
lists should provide a sample of individuals more representative of
of the community than would the use of a single source list; 2) there
should be an increase in acquittal and/or hung jury verdicts or a
decrease in the rate of guilty verdicts.

Introduction to Criminal Justice, Policing in America, Writing for
Law Enforcement and Corrections.
1995 Authored the Pre-Law Handbook, Ohio Northern University, Pre-
Law Advising Committee. The handbook is distributed to all
Pre-law students at Ohio Northern University.
