Instructions for Shipping Recruiting Materials

Please follow these instructions for shipping all Dicke Career Fest materials to Ohio Northern University to ensure proper delivery of your materials. Ohio Northern University cannot be held responsible for any packages that are sent without the following information properly affixed to the package.

1. The label MUST have the following information and in this order:
   University Warehouse
   4611 SR 235
   Ada, Ohio 45810
   Dicke Career Fest
   Attn: Matt Lambdin
   (Your Name)
   (Your Organization's Name)
   (Total # of packages i.e. 1 of 2)
    
2. Given local arrangements, the following freight haulers are preferred for your use: UPS, FedEx, RPS. Please ship between September 18th and 28th for arrival by Thursday, October 7.
    
3. Please notify Matt Lambdin of the following information, via m-lambdin@onu.edu.
   • Date that the package is scheduled to arrive.
   • All Tracking Information.
   • Name of carrier used to ship materials.
   • Number of packages being shipped.
4. Please keep all Tracking Information and bring it with you October 8. You will need that information to claim your package when you arrive at Ohio Northern University.
