Sam's Club Orders

All Sam's orders must be in by 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays for delivery on Friday. If you wish to place an order with Sam's, please fax or send via campus mail the completed order form.

In the event we receive minimal orders for the week, or if  it is a holiday week, we may ask to delay the order one week to combine it with more orders for the purpose of efficiency.

Due to logistical issues, orders for perishables will not be accepted.

If an item is online, it is not necessarily available in the local store. Please check prior to placing the order by entering the zip code on the Sam's Club Web site.

These orders are picked up on Friday and delivered to the appropriate department by the University Warehouse.
