Our IT Help Desk is staffed by real humans, and students are encouraged to come to the IT Building to speak with them about their computer issues. Hours for walk-ins are M-F from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The IT Help Desk support line (419-772-1111) is also available M-F from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Centrally located and accessible to everyone on campus, the IT building offers space for collaborative meetings and one-on-one tech support.
The Office of Information Technology does not recommend a specific vendor for computer purchases. Both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh systems are supported. However, the following minimum requirements should be met when purchasing a new computer. The College of Law and the College of Business Administration recommend a laptop.
