One of the leading lung cancer researchers in the world, Dr. Carla Kim holds a joint appointment at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. At Harvard, she oversees the genetics-focused Kim Lab, which seeks to elucidate the role of stem cells to therapeutically prevent and treat lung disease, and is a professor of genetics and pediatrics. At Boston Children’s Hospital, she is a principal investigator for its Stem Cell Program.
