Students enrolled in courses or programs at ONU are encouraged to report and seek resolution for concerns related to ONU policies and procedures using internal and external reporting channels. Students may also submit an electronic form through the ONU’s Ethics and Conduct Hotline. A triage team reviews the submission and forwards the complaint to the relevant academic or administrative department for review. The student’s information will be kept as private as possible while ensuring campus safety and complying with legal requirements. ONU ensures all complaints are addressed promptly and fairly.
